After an exciting first day on the market, we were really disappointed to have *zero* showings of the house today. Not a single person called about the house, which makes me pretty nervous. I thought (as did our realtor) that this weekend would be a busy one. But, nope. Nothing. Just the sound of crickets and a lonely wind blowing across the foothills.
Hopefully, we'll have better luck tomorrow? If we have another day with no showings, I'm going to start freaking out a little.

No freaking! People are probably watching football. It will be fine. XOXOXOXO
It was too windy yesterday. Everybody stayed home.
The first round of visitors were probably the result of their Realtors letting them know of the New Listing. The second round will be the result of the automatic emails sent on the internet. Automatic emails are to alert buyers of new listings coming on the market. The automatic emails are most often sent out on a certain day of the week. In Pennsylvania it was on Sunday night. Not sure of Colorado. The next group will be the result of Ads in magazines and etc. and individual internet searchs. 5 showings the first day is awesome. Hany in there. Any Feedback from the first 5 showings yet?

Thanks for helping me put it in perspective, mom. I actually feel much better after your comment.
No feedback from any of the Friday showings yet... I really hope we hear back soon!
Take it from your Mom, the expert. It will all work out. Thanks Chris for putting it in perspective.
