Outside pictures = done
The photographer came over this morning to take pictures of the outside of the house for our "virtual tour." He was a nice guy, and seemed impressed with the size of the yard. He kept saying things like, "Why on earth are you guys selling this place??"
Hopefully, that bodes well for a quick sale. And I can already predict that when the house does eventually sell, I'm going to be a little bit sad. It's time to move on, but hard to say goodbye.

It's bound to be bittersweet. At the same time, I'm sure that it will be a weight off your shoulders when it's sold. :)
