Orlando Vacation House

We're here!

We made it to Orlando, and have been having a terrific time sweating it out in the Florida heat. Instead of booking a couple of hotel rooms for the family to stay in, we decided to rent a house in a development close to Disney. It's about a 15-minute drive to the Magic Kindgom, and we all get a really nice little home with four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a kitchen, living room, dining room, game room, and...best of all... a pool and hot tub.

Honestly, I think that Frankie likes the pool even more than any of the parks that we've gone to so far. We got here on Saturday, and have been to Animal Kingdom and Epcot. Both days, she was ready at about two to come back home and take a nice long swim. Can't say that I blame her. On a hot and humid day, the pool feels soooo nice. We've all been swimming in it pretty much constantly. It's heaven. And since we have it all to ourselves, we don't have to worry about all of the splashing, obnoxious ten-year-old boys that usually come along to ruin every public swimming pool experience that I've ever had.

I'm so glad you're enjoying yourselves! The condo looks great. :) It's so nice to have respite from the terrible humidity and heat.

Wow! That place looks incredible!

Is the pool enclosed with glass or a screen?

Glad you're having fun. Roscoe and I are just taking it easy in FoCo.

How is ol' Ross doing, Dovey? You're so awesome to take care of him for us. I hope he isn't too much trouble.
