Foodie in training

One of the Things I found most amazing about our trip to Edinburgh was Frankie’s willingness to try new things. It used to be an absolute nightmare to take her to a restaurant. Now, suddenly, she’s turned into a gal that actually likes spending the evening at a new place, trying new foods. In the picture above, she’s eating mussels at a French bistro. She totally loved them, and ordered mussels again for lunch the following day. She’s also recently tried:

brussels sprouts

scallops

shrimp cocktail

roasted red peppers

super spicy pepperoni

gnocci

baked halibut

crab salad

The list goes on. And these are all foods that once she tried, she actually liked. It’s kind of blowing my mind

Wow! How adventurous of Frankie. I remember when it was like pulling teeth to get her to take a single bit of pizza. I mean, seriously, who doesn't like pizza?!?
