Good news: We got an offer on the house last night.
Bad news: It's a *terrible* offer. 17K less than our asking price, and contingent on the sale of their home.
Since the house has only been on the market three days, we decided to pass. It's disappointing that it wasn't a better offer, but it's good to see that there is interest in the house. I'm feeling good that someone else will make a better offer in the near future.
Two showings today... Here's hoping that one of them pans out.
