Huzzah! How did it feel???
Very cool! You'll have the hang of it in no time. And it's such a cool new car--no chitty-chitty bang-bang for you! Bet you look like a glam expat chugging down the road--
So how was it?
Nice work! Did you stay on the correct side of the road?
It was really, really weird.
Being on the other side of the car *and* the other side of the road is totally disorienting. The hardest part is forcing myself to stay close to the center line-- My instinct is to drive as close as possible to the left shoulder.
The biggest challenge is going to be staying centered, and not veering so far off to the left that I clip off someone's mirror.
My first solo trip will be picking Frankie up from school today. Wish me luck!
